TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These are the official Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​for​ Create Your homeschool, LLC located in North Carolina, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” “Publisher,” and “Us.” Our email is hello@createyourhomeschool.  

“Sponsor,” “You,” and “Your” refers to users of this Company’s website, communications, offerings and related materials, herein known as “Offering.”

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ ​Our​ ​products,​ ​including​ ​online​ ​courses.

Banner Ad: The sponsor (you) will be provided with one banner ad placement inside our free membership, the Homeschool Mama Academy. The dimensions of the banner ad will be determined by the publisher (Create Your Homeschool) and may be subject to change without notice. 

Shout Out: The sponsor will receive one shout out per month to the active email list of the publisher. The content of the shout out will be determined by the publisher and may be subject to change without notice. But will always include a link back to your site / provided link.

Payment: The sponsor agrees to pay the publisher $10 in exchange for 30 days as an active sponsor. Payment will be made on a manual basis, as long as there are available spots. All sponsor placements are given on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

Term: The sponsorship term will begin the first day of the following month in which the sponsor's payment is received, and will end on the last day of said month. 

Content: The sponsor is responsible for providing all content for their banner ad and shout out. The content must be appropriate, related to homeschooling, motherhood, or family, and in line with the publisher's standards. The publisher reserves the right to reject any content that is deemed inappropriate. 

Liability: The publisher is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the sponsor as a result of the sponsorship agreement. The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from any and all claims arising from the sponsorship agreement. 

Changes: The publisher reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the sponsorship agreement at any time without notice. The sponsor will be notified of any changes to the agreement. 

Refunds: The publisher does not offer refunds for any sponsorship fees paid by the sponsor. Once the sponsor's payment is received, it is non-refundable.  

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher is based. By accepting the terms and conditions, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read and understand all the terms of the agreement and agree to be bound by them.
